The aims and work of OMCH meet the ‘Public Benefit Requirement’ as required by ZMS as a Charity in England and Wales. The benefits are to the general public and restricted only to the sections of the community that are specifically in need according to the aims of OMCH. The benefits are in providing a home, education and Christian welfare to vulnerable children in Zambia. The benefits are not restricted unreasonably by geographical location or the ability to pay fees.
